Clips measure 2 inches and are securely attached with a felt backing. 
 
When you purchase a single clip, there are two clips options:
 Left side - These clips are to be worn on the left side of the head. These clips are not interchangeable.
Right side - These clips are to be worn on the right side of the head. These clips are not interchangeable.
When you purchase a set, they will come left and right oriented as seen in the pictures.
